This Privacy Policy explains how our application ("the App") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you interact with us through Facebook Pages and Messenger, and how you can request deletion of your data.

1. About Our App

Silver Team operates a business application built on the Meta (Facebook) Platform. The App is used by our team to manage our Facebook Page and communicate with our customers. Specifically, the App allows us to:

Receive and reply to messages that customers send to our Page on Messenger.
Send customers automated and manual messages on Messenger, such as order confirmations, shipment updates, and customer support replies.
Read and reply to comments that users leave on our Page's posts, and manage those comments (for example, replying to questions or hiding spam).
Manage our Page's content and settings on behalf of the Page administrators.

The App is not a public social network, does not post on your personal profile, and does not access your personal Facebook account. It only interacts with our own Page and with the conversations and comments that you choose to send to that Page.

2. Information We Collect

When you message our Page or comment on our posts, we receive the following information through Meta's platform:

Basic public profile information that Meta provides to us, such as your name and your Page-Scoped ID (a unique identifier Meta assigns to you for our Page).
Messages: the content of the messages you send to our Page on Messenger, including text and any attachments (images, files, etc.) you choose to share.
Comments: the content of the comments you post on our Page's posts, along with the time and the post they relate to.
Information you voluntarily provide in a conversation, such as a phone number, delivery address, or order details, when needed to handle your request.

We do not collect your password, your private messages with other people or Pages, your friends list, or any other data from your personal Facebook account.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information only for the following purposes:

To provide customer support and respond to your messages and comments.
To send you updates about your orders and shipments.
To manage and moderate comments on our Page.
To maintain a record of our conversations so that our team can follow up on your requests.
To improve our overall customer service experience.

We only send messages to people who have first contacted our Page, and we follow Meta's Messenger Platform policies, including its messaging windows and rules.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Your chat data remains strictly confidential and is used solely for the operational purposes described above. We may share information only:

With service providers who help us operate the App (such as hosting providers), under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to provide their service.
With delivery or shipping partners, limited to the details needed to deliver your order.
When required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secured servers, and access is limited to authorized members of our team who need it to serve you. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. Data Retention

We keep your messages, comments, and related information only for as long as necessary to provide customer service and shipping follow-ups, or as required by law. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

7. User Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request that we delete the data we hold about you at any time. You can do this in any of the following ways:

Option 1: Message us on Messenger

Open our Facebook Page's Messenger conversation.
Send a message saying "Delete my data".
Our team will verify that the request comes from you and confirm once your data has been deleted.

Option 2: Contact us through our website

Go to silverteam.org and contact our support team.
Write "Data Deletion Request" and include your Facebook name so we can locate your data.

Option 3: Remove the App from your Facebook account

Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy → Settings.
Open Apps and Websites (or "Business Integrations").
Find Silver Team and click Remove.
Then send us a deletion request using Option 1 or 2 above, so we can also delete the data we stored on our own servers.

What happens after your request: We will delete your messages, comments, profile identifiers, and any related information from our systems within 30 days of verifying your request. We will confirm to you once the deletion is complete. Some information may be kept longer only if we are required to do so by law (for example, order and shipping records).

8. Your Rights

You may at any time ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You may also stop messaging our Page whenever you wish, and you can block or report the Page from within Messenger.

9. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
